E-Blasts from Omega Mgmt. are a service they provide to Bella Casa homeowners so that the HOA Board can contact all homeowners who have signed up to receive community information.

Each homeowner should sign up to receive E-Blasts via e-mail as they may contain time sensitive information that is not updated on this website immediately.

Good morning,

The Evans Road pool is currently closed due to phone issues.  Once the phone has been restored, the pool will re-open and an eblast will be sent.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please be aware that the 10 minute safety break means that everyone must vacate the pool except for adults (18 and older).  Children who are receiving swim instruction during the 10  minute safety break are required to exit the pool during this time.

Bella Casa Garage Sale will be a neighborhood wide event. We will be doing as much posting on social media and craigslist as possible to get as many people here as we can. Please note the date (4/27) and rain date(5/4).

As warmer (and hopefully drier) weather approaches, people will be out and about more and more. This e-blast is to remind homeowners with pets to be sure they pick up after their dog if it defecates. This is not just a good idea, it is the law. In fact, there is a Town ordinance that requires people walking their dogs are required to be in possession of a bag or container to hold said feces.

Recently, the Board of Directors, through Omega Assoc. Management, has received numerous questions and complaints regarding various parking violations, concerns and frustrations throughout the neighborhood. This e-blast is meant to offer advice to help direct homeowners through the proper channels. Please note that the HOA is not responsible for enforcing these ordinances. The HOA will only enforce habitual or overnight parking issues.
